Production process of pavement gutter mould

  1.  The pavement gutter mold is connected to the pressing unit of the concrete block making machine. The existing mold is removed and the sidewalk gutter mold is installed in its place.

  2.  After the mold is connected to the machine, it becomes ready.

  3. Mortar is poured from the bunker bucket of the concrete block machine into the mortar trolley section.

  4.  The mortar cart discharges this mortar into the pores of the female mold on the vibrator table.

  5. Then, the male mold connected to the printing unit is activated and the pressing and vibration process takes place.

  6.  With these processes, the production of pavement gutter curb stone is completed.
